This walk takes you through the different types of ecosystem located in the highlands and the northern slopes of the Park: brezales de cumbre (mountain heather) covered in carpets of moss, laurisilva that is typical of the mountainsides, laurisilva with viñatigos that are typical of the bottoms of ravines, which sometimes achieve a notable height and permanent water flows. Once you leave the Park, the walk goes to caserío del Cedro which is surrounded completely by woodlands located in the lower part of a ravine down which water flows throughout the year. A great vertical cliff, with a waterfall of over 200 m, separates this area from the Hermigua Valley.
